Then VIAGE has some great news for you: from October 2019 you can enjoy various grilled culinary delights all year long at VIAGE Grill, our renewed restaurant in Brussels.
We light the pit while you have a drink. Because in addition to our exquisite barbecue dishes we also serve some divine drinks topped off with a unique and cozy steakhouse vibe.
Barbacoa, baribico or barbecue: a culinary experience from around the world
Some call it grilling, others say barbecue or bbq but where does this way of cooking originate from? Well, in South-America they know it as barbecoa, which means smoking or cooking meat or fish on searing hot coals in an excavated oven in the ground. Then again, some 2000 years ago the French roasted wild boars over an open fire on a large skewer, from beard (barbe) to tail (queue). No matter what we call it, we all mean the same thing: deliciously prepared dishes that will make you crave for more.
And that is exactly what we offer you at VIAGE Grill: exquisite quality meat dishes and fish grilled to perfection on an authentic Australian grill of 360°. The grill, which is often referred to as the ‘rockstar’ among the grills, immediately sears every piece of meat or fish shut so it remains deliciously juicy on the inside. Moreover, no additional fat is required for the preparation in the broiler. The best quality steaks such as Bleu Blanc Belge or Black Aberdeen, crispy fish & chips or delicious crispy vegetables, the choice is yours!

At VIAGE quality is always a high priority which also applies to the dishes we serve at VIAGE Grill. That is why we only work with the best butchers in Belgium and even Europe, and we do in-house dry-aging. This process ensures that the meat becomes more tender and has more taste during preparation.
As for the presentation of the dishes, we opted for a simple approach because the strength of VIAGE Grill is in the preparation and the delicious taste of our dishes.
Raw steakhouse meats cozy atmosphere in the heart of Brussels
To make sure you fully enjoy this unique culinary experience, we created a cozy atmosphere that perfectly combines the feeling of a steakhouse with a warm, homely feeling. VIAGE Grill therefore has a completely different look and feel than the rest of the Grand Casino Brussels. A rough floor reflects the rugged image of a real steakhouse well. The materials we used, such as leather and wood, in combination with warm colors make you feel completely at home in our restaurant.
VIAGE Grill definitely feels like a homely space where you can enjoy a relaxing moment with friends and an exquisite dinner. Or maybe you need a well-deserved culinary break in between those bold gambles in the Casino.
If you make your reservation online you will not need to pay the usual €10 membership fee when entering the casino for the first time. A warm welcome as it should be! Keep in mind that you must be at least 21 years old and must bring valid ID with you to register at the casino.
