A fresh wind brings a new menu to Viage CHILL. Brace yourself for an avalanche of sweetness. Viage CHILL, the popular meeting place along the green promenade in the historic heart of Brussels, is saying goodbye to hot meals and brunches. Instead visitors are now enticed by a brand-new and tempting menu.
Viage CHILL is transforming into a 100% sweet bar where all the delicacies on the menu are prepared on site with the greatest love and care.
A sweet tooth’s paradise
From now CHILL focuses on serving gourmet milkshakes and creative buns and rolls that give a playful nod to Belgian culinary traditions. Every milkshake and bun guarantees a unique taste experience. How about a milkshake that marries raspberry with the sweet aroma of cuberdons? Or a bun with roasted pecan nuts coated in caramel? For those who prefer a warm bite, the menu also includes different types of chocolate lava cakes. And naturally there’s room for classics like giant breakfast pastries with peanuts, muffins, croissants and chocolate rolls.

What’s more, every day our pastry chef surprises us with a pastry-of-the-day, such as his popular millefeuille and sumptuous Black Forest cake. These homemade delicacies will turn every visit to CHILL into an unforgettable, sweet break from your everyday concerns.
Artisan coffee
In addition to the tempting milkshakes and buns, CHILL continues to serve local coffee from coffee roasting house Wide Awake. Based in Anderlecht, this roastery goes to great lengths to minimise its ecological footprint, amongst others by sourcing all its coffee beans from the fair trade circuit. Tea enthusiasts will enjoy our generous selection of Kusmi teas. Coffee or tea, always the perfect combination with your bun or pastry! Of course, you can go for a somewhat more festive approach and wash down your sweet indulgence with a beer, some wine or - why not - cava or champagne.
A warm welcome
Danny Kaljee, the Casino’s F&B Director, emphasises: “At Viage CHILL our mission is to offer a warm and welcoming location in the heart of Brussels where guests can sample exceptional desserts, milkshakes and matching beverages.” Whether you prefer the cosy terrace, the comfortable interior or takeaway, VIAGE strives to create a memorable experience for every visitor. At any time of the day, from 9.30 a.m. until 11 p.m., seven days a week, the revamped CHILL offers a place where sweet tooths can indulge in exceptional desserts and beverages to their heart’s content.
