At VIAGE safe and responsible gaming is central and now this has been officially recognised. We are the first Belgian casino to obtain certification within the Responsible Gambling Framework of the European Casino Association. This means we not only meet the highest standard but we also play a pioneering role in our country.
The European Casino Association (ECA) represents 900 casinos in 25 European countries and imposes strict standards in terms of responsible gaming. This certification proves that VIAGE is one of the industry leaders in terms of quality. Moreover, everyone benefits from a responsible policy. All players can enjoy themselves within a safe and honest gaming environment and our staff have access to the right knowledge and support. This certificate also ensures that we operate in an environmentally conscious manner and take action to reduce our environmental footprint.
What does this mean for you as a visitor?

At VIAGE you have to be 21 or over to play. In addition, our Responsible Gaming team is always available to talk and offer support where necessary. They keep an eye out for problematic behaviour. Our WeCare folder contains a number of essential tips and lists contact details for professional help. We do this because we feel it is important that visitors are properly informed of both the risks of gaming and of alcohol consumption. All measures taken within the Responsible Gambling Framework are part of scientific research projects.
Ecological responsibility
In addition to responsible gaming, VIAGE is also committed to sustainable entrepreneurship.
