This is followed by slow-cooked veal tournedos with butternut, mushrooms à l'escargot, and vitelotte fondant. The turbot with lobster sauce forms a soft, rich middle movement, and the crème brûlée with rose water closes the dinner with a floral touch. Vegetarian guests receive two carefully crafted alternatives that carry the same festive finesse.
Entertainment that makes the night shine bright
The musical highlight comes from Marianne Carlier, a talented singer-pianist who breathes new life into jazz covers and classics. Together with her partner on synthesizer, she forms a compact but rich-sounding live combo that seamlessly shifts from intimate lounge atmosphere to full party mode. On New Year's Eve, they bring a mix of jazz standards and surprising covers that perfectly suit a night full of style.
The beats come from DJ Oberon, known for his swinging retro sets that effortlessly switch between styles and fill any dance floor in no time. Two Retronettes in pink showgirl outfits pop up everywhere: they dance, pose, present two choreographed shows, and pull guests from their bar stools right into the spotlights. Brecht, the stilt walker, towers above the crowd and makes you feel like you're walking through a living Las Vegas set, while a close-up magician outsmarts the cards, coins, and thoughts of your table companions.
