Like every year, VIAGE ushers in the new year in style. This year we’re taking you to Las Vegas, the mecca of entertainment. Let yourself be swept away by an evening of glamour and spectacle.
Like last year, our casino not only shines on the inside but on the outside as well. Our beautifully illuminated facade is part of Winterpret. The corner of Anspach and Grétry Street will be transformed into a winter eye-catcher, adorned with flowers, golden baubles and sparkling lights. The large neon sign of Viage Grand Casino Brussels completes the picture and illuminates your path. This is the perfect place for you to see out the year!
Gastronomy and glamour
Our exclusive Dinner & Party package treats you to a refined five-course menu put together especially for this occasion. The evening starts with a delicate ‘The King’ oyster mushroom, prepared in coquille style, followed by smoked venison carpaccio with maple syrup and a nut vinaigrette that delights the taste buds. To mark the transition to the main course, we serve a refreshing tuna tartare, subtly enhanced with truffle, yuzu and daikon. The highlight of the meal is a tender veal fillet, accompanied by a king prawn and pomme bouchon. The grand finale, a Belgian chocolate sphere 'Las Vegas', provides the perfect sweet ending to this culinary journey and heralds the start of a vibrant New Year’s Eve party, which is, of course, also included.
This menu is available from 6.30 - 9 p.m. Reservations are mandatory. For €130 per person you can enjoy our special menu, a glass of bubbles at midnight, a bottle of water, coffee or tea, access to the casino including €20 in chips and live music and performances throughout the evening. Attention: access to the GRILL and the casino is reserved for guests aged 21 and above.
Las Vegas vibes
If you prefer to get into party mode straight away, the casino doors will swing wide at 9.30 p.m. for an entertainment-filled programme that pulls out all the stops to guarantee un unforgettable evening. Our full evening programme will introduce you to DJ Oberon as you take in performances by burlesque showgirls, the Christmas angels and Black Elvis. Our host DJ Oberon – renowned for his techno and trance sets – has built an impressive career with residencies at London clubs, such as Escape from Samsara and Antiworld. His unique style and experience guarantee a memorable musical evening that will have you dancing up a storm.
Let’s rock!
Our final evening of the year also includes a show by Black Elvis, the alias of London-based artist Colbert Hamilton. He will bring to life the timeless magic of rock ‘n’ roll and blues. With his unique style and energetic live performances, he has built a stellar reputation over the years, both in London and beyond. His musical career is as impressive as it is diverse. He has not only performed for such celebrities as Madonna, Ronnie Wood, Goldie and Rod Stewart on the exclusive West End club scene but he has also worked with renowned artists such as Thin Lizzy’s Phil Lynott, Danny Mitchell (Ultravox) and bands such as The Nitros and The Hellrazors. On New Year’s Eve his singular flair and powerful voice will ensure an electrifying performance that will stay with you for a long time.
The entrance fee for non-members is €20, including a glass of bubbles and €10 worth of casino chips; members have free access. A minimum age of 21 applies here as well.
